-10 for me, one guy on my team got an 80 though, so apparently he is.

had trouble with some of the questions as there were multiple valid answers to some of them. Took it a couple times varying some of the answers (some questions had valid answers which would vary with my mood) a couple questions I couldn't even answer truthvully because they didn't have the correct answes. first try -80 (typical week at work) last try -15 and several scores somewhere in between.
