    Just went down the other end of the corridor to go to the toilet. The outer door was ajar, if not completely open. As I got to the door I passed a couple of our sales with some customers and in that moment the straining noise from inside the toilet took off, followed by a loud splash and "aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh", followed by loud laughter from everyone who heard it. Moments like that turn the most frustrating and unproductive of weeks into a small success. Just thought I'd share that with everyone.

        It only reminds me of how terrible childbirth must be. We should all appreciate women for that.

              should have done if we'd kept our composure. too distracted by having to hold my guts in from split sides.
