Am I the only one for whom standard hallway conversation seems to be about the correct weapon and ammo choice for the upcoming Zombie Apocalypse.

Not likely, but I wouldn't admit it publicly. :)

I believe Cardio and the Double Tap are the accepted norms for the best defence.

No. A similar discussion happens at our office roughly once a week.

This is a daily discussion in our office. That, and how stupid the people on "The Walking Dead" are... still fun to watch though!

I often worry that a zombie apocalypse has begun as a drive to work in the mornings. Then I think, would zombies really congregate at bus stops on the outskirts of Walsall?

The correct weapon is one with out ammo. For 1 your ammo can run out as the zombies will bring normal societal economics to a grind. For 2, when they are flooding in and you need to reload you will really wish you had a 4 ft long Katana to just hack away. I never understand why this is not a given. Every zombie flick they have some overpowered gun and either run out of ammo or get flooded to quick and can load/shoot fast enough. A swarm of zombies is nothing when I am twirling like a ballet dancer with an additional 4 ft reach of severing/decapitating capability :)
