So I've had twitter for years but never really did anything with it, however lately I've been trying to get involved with communities with similar interests to me, hence code project and red head's anonymous. It wasn't until one of my favourite authors favourited one of my random monthly tweets that I started actually use twitter. Currently I follow; 1. My favourite fantasy author's. 2. Coding / Developer groups. 3. Friends, family and those in between. So my question is who do you follow? Feel free to tweet me, I'm no longer a newb. www.twitter.com/shugarsls[^]

Nagy, of course. One needs to keep track of him in case one needs to stock up on Gin should he visit the local area. Nobody else of interest.

Facebook is where you lie to your friends, Twitter is where you tell the truth to strangers. I've recently started following @withoutteeth - photos of celebrities with their teeth photoshopped out.

If you can tell me a convincing difference between following someone on twitter and following them to the bathroom, I might consider... Oh, why lie. No I won't.

If keeping a page with their tweets open for a few hours counts I've followed Ken@Popehat during the period when the last two Prenda[^] hearings ended and he got around to writing blog posts about them. If you're referring to doing anything that would require having a twitter account/client installed then no one because 140(?) chars isn't enough for anything beyond mostly inane blather and as a result the signal to noise ratio is appalling.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. I followed Adrienne Barbeau for about 73 minutes. Then gave up on Twitter.

I follow a few CPians and they follow me. Looks like you already have more followers than myself. Be warned. Most of my tweets are sarcasm directed at entities or people that will never respond.
