Doing a lot of interviewing at the moment and trying to find a site where I can set up some interview questions and give the candiates a time boxed session to answer them, they must only be able to try once too. I have searched but can't find anything obvious, does anyone know of a site that provides something like this? regards Jonathan

I know it's cliche but... Make one? :) And you can even write an article about it then :)

Hi Jonathan, i am not sure if your main goal are to have a easy formular or if the "try once" requirement is mandatory. If not, Google may help you with his formular module: http://www.google.com/intl/en/drive/start/apps.html#forms Martin

I have had to fill in several of these types of thing and to be frank they are a PITA. It's all well and good having a time limit but what happens of there's network problem? You've just lost a candidate. The best implementation of online testing I have seen allowed as many visits as needed and as much time as needed. The crucial part was that it still timed the candidate and recorded all the answers. The idea, AFAIK, was to allow the candidate to answer and review everything. The less limiting the process, the better for you.
