I've been using the same (well-known) online photo storage for many years. Just recently, I've noticed that a number of photos are missing - 946 photos out of a total of 2,635. I've complained (professionally polite) twice, using their customer support incident screen, twice - first about 3 weeks ago, and again last week. I've received NO acknowledgement, apology, or indeed, any form of correspondence back from them. So where do I go from here?

How much do you pay for the service?

Need custom software developed? I do custom programming based primarily on MS tools with an emphasis on C# development and consulting. "And they, since they Were not the one dead, turned to their affairs" -- Robert Frost "All users always want Excel" --Ennis Lynch

What, no naming and shaming? They have no incentive to improve if you're not hurting them.

Dropbox Photo Gallery is getting the best. Move in there.

Ahhhh. It was my own d****d fault. I had not figured out how to update my email associated with my account, which was out of date. So they HAD responded, but I never saw the responses. I've managed to get to the "Manage your account" page and updated my email. Their responses were adequate (their servers were fried by Hurricane Sandy ... they're going through a backup recover task even as I speak) so all is well. Thank you all for your suggestions
