Perhaps you could spend the weekend being stereotyped[^]?
“Education is not the piling on of learning, information, data, facts, skills, or abilities - that's training or instruction - but is rather making visible what is hidden as a seed”
“One of the greatest problems of our time is that many are schooled but few are educated”Sir Thomas More (1478 – 1535)
Is that the machine the politicians used to type their speeches with the doublespeak?
It was broke, so I fixed it.

And it's raining (just started and they said flooding could come tomorrow). No Formula1, nothing interesting else, no couch sport.. Maybe I should do some Windows updates, now that I have time. Or maybe have a swim on the road? Anyway the rain is foreseen until Monday..
My Friday is mostly over, but it's raining here, too. Of course in Malaysia, it seems like it's raining every time I get here. In fact, unless it forgets to rain tomorrow, I can say that I've never seen a day in KL without some rain. This week has been a killer. Two weeks ago I spent the week in Bogota working, then a day at home and a trip to dusty Lubbock, TX for a confere3nce, then to Houston to change suitcases and on to KL to teach a class all week. I hardly remember Monday and Tuesday as the major effort was not to fall asleep from jet lag while talking. I've taught the class enough times that I might be able to do it in my sleep, and for all I remember, maybe that's what I did, but no one snickered (that I was aware of). I guess I did OK, since the class was rated 4 and 5 out of 5 by all the students. Now I get to make the long trip back and do the jet lag thing again in reverse. My plan is to sleep late, then begin the long journey back home. 9+ hour flight to Amsterdam, a 4+ hour wait, then a 12+ hour flight back to Houston. I'm sure I'll sleep well once I get home to my own bed!

Actually, I think it meant to be used when filing your tax declaration. On one side, you type out all income and expenses that the IRS should know about, and on the other side... You get the idea... ;)

My sympathies. Travel is a killer, particularly on business as you never get time to catch up with yourself (and the people you work with locally always assume you want a good evening after work when what you want more than anything is a soft, flat bed for a dozen hours or so)

Remembers my flight to Australia (I was still young, 15 years ago). Zurich departure at 1 pm local, Singapore arrival at... 8 am local, humidity at 95%, 32°C.. I just wanted a beer. Answer was: we are serving breakfast right now... Jet lag is terrible. But at the end Australia was a great experience.
