I need a programmer can make own protocol for my needs, needs is nothing but protocol about voice communications,
(curious) Why do you need to create your own protocol for voice communication ? Aren't the existing protocols good enough (VoIP, ... ) (I assume it is for the internet) ? :confused:

Good Question Bro, Let me tell you, what Project plan I've right now that will change the Telcom Industry, thats what i'm looking for new protocol to change the Telecommunications.
LOL!!! If I had a voice communication protocol that would change the world of communication I would develop it myself and keep the cash. Seriously, if you have a good idea, build a proper business plan, get some funding and hire good people to do it. M.

Likewise, how can I believe you if you don't pay me up front? Tell you what, send me just £500,000 to start with, then you can pay the balance on completion. Just to be aware, my quote is in GBP. I once had an American expect to pay in dollars when the price was quoted in pounds before, so I'd like to avoid that mistake again if possible.
