I think she knows I'm in the top ten Rep scores, because she noticed the MVP certificates arriving. Two questions: 1) How do you know she is a female? 2) How do you know I'm not? Don't you think it is rather sexist (and TBH rather stupid) to assume that there are no women here with no evidence either way? Do you assume that I (and I see I have answered some of your questions in the past) am male? Or female? Or perhaps I am a committee? You have no evidence - just what I and others have chosen to tell you. The point is that you need to lose that thinking. I don't know if you are male or female - and it makes no difference to me in how I respond to you. I respond to you as one (anonymous) professional to another (anonymous) professional. Your gender and mine have nothing to do with our interaction.
