    Who wastes more money: 1. The man who pays $2 for a $1 item he needs

                   ** ||**

    2. His wife who pays $1 for items she doesn't need

                   ** ?**

    * Would the answer differ if the $1, $2 grew to be $40K, $80K?

    Never underestimate the difference you can make in the lives of others.

      They waste the same number of dollars: the man wastes $1, and his wife wastes $1.

      No: the man wastes $40K, and his wife wastes $40K.

          You forgot to mention that the wife will buy more than 1, because she thinks she is getting a bargain, where as the man will only buy what he needs. Therefore, the woman wastes more, but the man gets the blame, as the woman is always right......... Simples!

            Neither wastes any if they are both happy with their purchases.

                      That is true! She is always right, because she always get to say the last word in an argument! The next thing he says is the opening of another argument ;)

                        Yep. Marriage is a relationship between two people where one is always right and the other is the husband.
