    I've just tried out TeamViewer and am quite impressed. Our RD provider's failure rate is getting out of hand. I wasted about 20 minutes trying to get a customer connected...4 tries and getting nowhere. With the customer on the phone, I downloaded and installed TeamViewer, and had my customer connected in just a few minutes! For the time being (until the contract with our current RD provider expires) the free version makes for a great 'Plan B'. So, does anybody have any comments on using TeamViewer to support unlimited end users?..or suggest alternatives? My only requirements are session tracking, ability to transfer sessions between operators, and website integration. Thanks

      We (but not me!) use it for remote support, online 1-to-1 and group training, as far as I know Support find it reliable and easy to use. I recall we dumped something else in favour of TeamViewer but I can' remember what the old one was.

          Just saw they have a free mobile app for access from the phone, free for non-commercial. That is cool!

            I frequently use TeamViewer, and I find it outstanding. Couldn't wish for anything better. Used to work with Symantec PcAnywhere, which I find a whole lot less user friendly.

              TeamViewer is by far the best I've found. BTW, not only can you control peoples PCs from you smartphone (as well as from PC obviously), but you can also control peoples smartphones from your PC! Controlling smartphones is limited to Samsung atm (not all Android supported yet) - but its a neat feature. I use it all the time for family/friends. We'll definitely be buying a copy for a work soon as its much better than what we use now.

                We use both Teamviewer and logmein. Logmein works really well for our techs, as they have a lot of machines around the US and Canada that they have to support, and logmein gives a real nice interface for managing them. That said, Teamviewer is excellent too, I just don't like it as well as logmein. Both have clients for iOS (don't know about Android, although I should look since I have an Android phone). I use them both on my iPad, and both work great. Truthfully, you won't go wrong with either one, I don't think....

                  Thanks to all for the excellent responses. One of the best features I see for TeamViewer is the licensing...a one time fee that equates to a single years subscription for our current provider.
