I'm just thinking about the impact on Billion-Dollars Software Industry, these both worlds have created.......
The OSS world certainly has. I'm not sure that .NET has had such a large impact outside of large scale organisations. It certainly doesn't seem to have as much traction with startups and the darlings of the T'internet world.
I was brought up to respect my elders. I don't respect many people nowadays.
