How is the meet up occasion will be held? Do CP has any documentation for it?Ok let me short, do you invite members from different countries or members who are interested to attend there are only eligible for it?What about the process?
No, it's for CP fans/readers and their families residing in or near the city of São Paulo. There are many other groups celebrating it around the world (there is a forum here dedicated to it). Also there are no rules for "celebrating", it's just a celebration :) In our case, it'll take place at a restaurant with hundreds of board games, so it'll be lots of fun. The pictures will be uploaded soon :)
