Appeared to be a regular, or at least someone who has posted here before, who doesn't like this site and prefers SO. He threatened to create an account every week so if you tune in next Weds you might have the pleasure to meet him.
Any idea what his SO account is? We should all go and down-vote him into oblivion! :-\

For a while there I thought it was one of your play accounts, but the trolling wasn't clever enough.

No I never have more than one account at the same time. For the record, and if anyone's interested, here is the story of the infamous Popeye account. I closed the PB3 account as it became apparent that a colleague was reading my posts on here, and I was beginning to think I spent way to much time on here anyway. I enjoyed my absence and became more productive. Some time later I was inbetween projects and knew I would have the whole Thurs & Fri of that week with bugger-all to do. So I turned to Codeproject to relieve the boredom. The problem was I didn't want to do the whole 'I'm back' thing just to do the 'I'm going again' thing a couple of days later as I thought it would be seen as attention seeking. I just wanted to float in, speak to old friends, and float out again. That is why I chose the Indian flag in my profile so that I could go in GIT and speak there without making it to obvious who I was(it wasn't an experiment to see if Indians get banned quicker in the Lounge as some people thought). I was also worried that people would recognise my writing style/sense of humour and that people would think I was being deceptive. That's why I chose an anagram of my old name, so if I was found out I could say look at my name I wasn't trying to fool you or anything I just wanted to sneak in unnoticed without a big hoo-hah. Anyway it all went to plan, nobody sussed me on the Thursday and I enjoyed the chat. On the Friday afternoon clever-clogs Nish sussed me out in GIT and I had only made 3 posts there (and that was without noticing the anagram). This made me think my disguise was more transparent than I thought, and as it was the last afternoon I decided to make myself more prominent in The Lounge to see who the first person out of you lot would be to suss me. So I kept posting threads thinking one of you would work it out soon, especially with all the good CCC-ers in the Lounge, one of you was bound to spot the anagram. So what I learned - Nish is a hell of a lot brighter than the rest of you. ;P

15 minutes of fame ? Who cares ... trolls like him should make their own forum and troll there each other and leave the others alone
That would spoil the fun which we have reading their interesting contributions...!

That would mean signing up with SO - and I don't think I want to do that. They are generally even more rep obsessed than here! (And they don't seem to have any sense of humour)

The badges are also quite the carrot on a stick thing. I generally only use SO when I have a very specific question (like when I was trying to use Entity Framework while having a Sybase ASE DB), as I like the format tools better and those make it easier to post my questions. Other than that, I prefer CP.

No, they don't (from what I've seen), on the upside, there are no pointless discussions about the correct spelling of words like humor vs humour ;P

No, because:
- There's a separate site for that[^]; and
- There's only one correct way to spell "humour"; ;P

He was saying something like 'Anyway its my fake account. Enjoy.. Coming back with new one.'. Maybe the hamsters should check the logs, I somehow suspect that one of his contributions and/or his account got nuked. Or he has found his crack pipe again.
