I couldn't figure out how to report an article as a ripoff. But this article: Microsoft C# Coding Standards and Best Practices[^] is a copy/paste of: http://net2008-mehul.blogspot.se/2008/02/introduction-anybody-can-write-code.html[^]
This is the place! You can start the ball rolling (if you have the rep points) by clicking the flag next to the stars at the top of the article - this should open a drop down from reports, including "plagiarised" - which is the one you want. But reporting it here is good as well, as it means our crack team of voters can blitz it PDQ. (You can optionally do the same with the article "author" as well)

You are (of course) welcome to your own opinion. However, this site does have a 'zero tolerance' approach to plagiarism, and part of our efforts to maintain article quality via moderation does mean that we keep an eye open for copied material. And when we find it, we do our best to ensure that it does not remain on the site...
