    Is there a way we can make a browser ask for our permission before letting a website play a background audio? I'd be happy even if it pops up every time with this question than suddenly letting the site play a loud unpleasant audio.

      That terrible music they use in porn films can be distracting in the office, can't it!

          If you're using Firefox, you can have a look at these[^] two[^] links. I haven't tried any of this myself, but I think I'll have a go at it when I get home.

          What is this talk of release? I do not release software. My software escapes leaving a bloody trail of designers and quality assurance people in its wake.
