I would like to suggest hosting lightweight project foundries a la sourceforge.net[^]. There are a couple of things that I'd like to begin that require more expertise or energy than I have, but I don't want to go through the hassle of starting a sf.net project. Any ideas? Has this already been suggested and dismissed?

You can add an article using the submission wizard and mark it as 'do not move' (add the comment at the end of the article text). That way you'll always be able to update. You can also add as many people as you want to the author's list so it should be simple to have collaboration. cheers, Chris Maunder
