Eh, there are some people who see this as the 5th day of fall. Guess you are a bit upside down, aren't ya?

.. and others who see it as the 5th day of Autumn

It's well known that if all the cat videos and porn disappeared from the internet there would be only one site left and it would be called whereareallthecatvideosandporn.com

Since 'Autumn' doesn't start until 22nd of September most of us are enjoying the late Summer. NOTE: The Americans call it Fall unlike the rest of the world who call it Autumn. Presumably this is because the leaves Fall from the trees. Is it followed by 'Slip', 'Thaw' and 'Phew, what a scorcher'?

Well, that's the meteorological view. I define the whole summer/fall/winter/spring stuff by the temparatures and the weather. Everything above 23C after spring is summer. Everything below is fall. Winter is if there is snow outside. Spring starts as soon as the temparature rises above 15C after new year. So yes, I define the current season day-by-day.

Long story about me not telling Mrs AndyLJ that my mate and his two kids and two Bull Terriers were coming to live with us while he sold his property in Queensland. Seven months later I am still married. What a woman!.

Oh we were known as the squatters when we arrived back from London, lived with a mate for 18 months while we bought our place and did the renos, no dogs, no kids, a couple of nice quiet folks.
