I saw a TV program on this a few weeks ago and was astonished at what can be done with genetic engineering. When they say things like "the virus has been reprogrammed to attack cancer cells", I hear only "magic magic magic..." like Roger mentioned. I hope this becomes a reality, and may be they should reprogram that virus to kill other baddies including its own kind (HIV) too.
