I know someone who knows someone who lost her best friend that way. She simply forgot to buy candy on Halloween day, and had to face little kids with very strong magic powers. She did not even survive the night.

My guess is that the account is suspiciously similar to another account (Contracting198-, I forget the year on that) which was acting trollish a week or two ago, got booted. Then 1991 was created, got banned, and suddenly 1992 gets created instead of going away. Just to continue. Similar names, being combative, etc.
