This morning I lucked out and was able to buy two boxes of ammo. I placed the boxes on the front seat and headed back home. Stopped at a gas station where a drop-dead gorgeous blonde in a short skirt was filling up her car at the next pump. She glanced at the two boxes of ammo, bent over and leaned in my passenger window, and said in a sexy voice "I'm a big believer in barter, old fella. Would you be interested in trading S.E.X. for ammo?" I thought for a few seconds and asked, "What kind of ammo 'ya got?"

I have no idea I'm not a regular shooter like Roger and JSOP, I've got enough for an emergency!

Brains is actually so fatty in them selves it would be a shame for both the truffle oil and the Fois Gras. But most recipes I've seen for brainz (cervelle de veau) has lemon in it, and usually parsley.

According to some of my friends who shoot it's gradually going back to normal. OTOH it's started to go back to normal a few times before too and the year's young; Obama's still got plenty of time to say something that makes people panic and go back into hoarding mode triggering a new shortage and continuing his streak of winning salesman of the year at every major gun store for a 7th year running.
