So, last week I decided to look at learning some of them thar new web teknolgy. After lengthy research [10 minutes with Google and a check what the popular free hosting allows] decided on: Ruby on Rails Bit late to the party I know, but there you goes. Also, thanks to Mark and Arrow as I was as yet undecided on an IDE, RubyMine is on its way in. [edit] Just realised that RubyMine is not fully free, it better be good.

"popular free hosting" Brrrrrr! There is a phrase to send a shudder down one's spine! Free hosting is generally worth exactly what you paid for it...have you considered Arvixe[^]? Not expensive (one pub G&T a month) and I think they support Ruby (never tried though) judging by this: http://forum.arvixe.com/smf/general/arvixe-asp-vps-ruby-on-rails-setup/[^]

Welcome to the party! I joined this party just before a couple of months! For a free IDE try RadRails[^], it's pretty good! and for free hosting I use heroku short intro[^]!

          Cheers, Karthik

Dear Mr Nagy Vilmos, Would you mind enabling your "Personal email" option for a moment? Or email me your e-mail ID. You've been chosen as the lucky winner of Nigerien lottery worth 100000000 British Pounds. I wish to send you the code to claim the bounty. Hehee just kidding. We are 25 from CP underworld mafia. that operates 24x7 talking a lot of interesting things off line. And our members have voted you to be the next Chosen one into the ring. You'll be surprised to see so many of your friends already there. (Including me :D) . Waiting for your email

Starting to think people post kid pics in their profiles because that was the last time they were cute - Jeremy.
