Based on this link, you would first have to invade the US to topple Mr. Bush, then Germany to topple Mr. Schroeder (Over 50% of the people would like to see them gone! Your bombers might be more welcome here than in Iraq!), Russia/Putin, etc. oh wait... The ambiguity of "threat", and what this "threat" label morally "allows" the US nowadays is what is frightening. Someone who sees a threat everywhere is called paranoid, right?
