She's going to be so proud of me. Last time I was there she said I needed to lose weight and I've lost 130lbs, broke up with my GF. :)

I am not talking about ditching your girlfriend, i am asking about the loosing weight program. Please share what you do to lose so much weight and for how long you didn't gain anything.

You must have had a fair bit going spare if you can lose that much! :) I always lose weight when I am off on my own, I spend a fair bit of time off contracting. I don't know what it is, the wifey buying chocolates all the time, or just the contented slump in front of the TV that does it, but I always put on a lot of pounds when I am back home.
