So with each new generation of consoles there is a mini war between fan boys. Apparently the PS4 won this time around due to better specs and less restrictions but no one is buying either console until they decide to stop charging and arm, a leg and your financial future for the devices. I myself, if I had such expendable income, would of chosen the Xbox One, being a fan of the device and liking the kinnect stuff. Anyway Sony have announced a prototype VR headset for the PS4 to compete with the new oculus rift device which has started the recent (2-3 year) VR Trend. I actually like the idea of immersive gaming and virtual reality so if Sony had announced this before the PS4 release they would of got my vote, hell they may even do so now if they can do anything with it. Anyone's opinions on VR and "immersive gaming"? Link: BBC News - Sony unveils virtual reality headset for PlayStation 4[^]

One of the problems I have with VR headsets is...you don't half look like a pillock wearing them...
