Northern California, 89 F, that's 32 C for your poor Europeans suffering over there. ;P And its 6:30 in the evening. Have to say that coming after the three weeks of rain, the place is looking absoloutely stunning, green, lush, verdant, a deep blue sky, with wall to wall sun. And the chilled chardonnay isn't bad either!

You beat us by a bit. We topped out today at 38C (100.4F). The winds are out of the southwest which makes it feel a whole lot hotter. We are getting some rain recently (first in 4 months) which has brought the temperature down a bit. A week ago we were getting 39C-40C (102F-104F) during the day.

In the middle of Germany we had about 4° C at 8:30 in the morning. But at least it's sunny. :)
