Anyone notice that a lot of the questions in the visual c++ board have a very odd slant to them. Some of the queries indicate a very strong control impulse to take over the user's system. It makes me suspicious that the wannabe worm or virus author is taking advantage of the coding advice offered. Or am I paranoid?

yeah, there's always a group of people who definitely seem to be up to something underhanded: keystroke monitors/interceptors, hidden apps, disable ctrl-alt-del, intercept file I/O, etc.. i purposely don't answer questions like that (when i actually know the answer, that is). -c

Yeah. By the way, do you know a way to hook into the OS so that I can write an app to do the following: 1. Disable Ctrl-Alt-Delete 2. Disable the power button 3. Hook into all keyboard and mouse input, so I can change any input I don't like 4. Take over any WebCams or scanners the user may have Also, any information on web services for credit card accounts or bank accounts. You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose.
