I was reading the latest XKCD What If? OTD[^] and made a big mistake: I followed teh first link. Took me here: http://www.timecube.com/[^] Now, I know t'interweb is full of loonies, and I know that many of them are certifiable, and I know that some of them come here. But...if you wrote that site, please, let me know who you are - because you have an appointment with the Men with the Special Jacket and a bouncy walled room... How does anyone that disassociated from reality function sufficiently in society to be able to create a website, even that bad a web site? :~

Whoa. I don't think I'm in a fit state to drive after reading some of that.

7 out of 10 people in my head agree that sanity is vastly overrated. (2 feel pretty neutral about it, and 1 is constantly trying to claw at things, so who the hell knows what he thinks) But in all seriousness, I have great respect for people who manage to get things done and function in society, while being in some sort of "insane" state. Being able to overcome mental problems is a skill I place in high regard.

Here is an excerpt: ... My wisdom so antiquates known knowledge, that a psychiatrist examining my behavior, eccentric by his academic single corner knowledge, knows no course other than to judge me schizoprenic. ... That's an awesome way of thinking. This paragraph kinda compensates for 15 minutes spent on skimming through the meaningless text. Gene Ray deserves credit for honesty.

Hmmmm.... I dearly hope that the TimeCube person(s) has/have no access to firearms. That was enough to give C.G.Jung a whole new career in hallucinogenic dream interpretation. I'm ill-equipped to parse what obvious appears to be fluent gibberish. What occurred to me was that this could be some intelligence organization communicating with a spook; or vice versa. But that's my rational side struggling to make sense of the irrational. Scary.

                      Cheers, Mike Fidler

That's so insane I just don't even understand it. So I looked it up on wikipedia[^] .. I still don't understand wtf he's trying to say.

In a single rotation of the Earth sphere, each Time corner point rotates through the other 3-corner Time points, thus creating 16 corners, 96 hours and 4-simultaneous 24-hour Days within a single rotation of Earth

It does make sense if you yourself lived in the 19th dimension. It's so much easier to see from that perspective.

Come on, creating a web site is not really that hard, Word and FrontPage are their friends obviously, besides (if the copyright at the bottom is correct) it has been doing it since 1995.

Don't spend much time on religious sites, huh? Neither do I. He makes as much sense of religion as most people do as far as I'm concerned. He is definitely further left on the religious nut bar than you'll find most. They usually manage to sound sane when they spout insane ideas.

Please have a look at the HTML source code. It hurts even more to the eyes than the text. It's made with Microsoft Word, the worst HTML producing software there is. Probably the writer has very poor eyes from reading his own stuff because he increases the font size +3, instead of using the zoom feature of Word, to be able to read what he has typed. And he does not see the difference between italic and regular fonts.

Going through my old CP daily emails and decided to take a look at this one... You know what the scariest words on the entire website are? "Next Page"
