    Maybe just half-baked.

Probably just trying to get a rise out of us.

I just discovered a delightful site which hosts Understanding Breadbaking[^], a book written by a lady who really understands bread. It's not a collection of recipes, but a description of the theory and process of producing a fine loaf from scratch. It's short, and a great read, if you love home baked bread. :-D

Hmm...I notice that he included a copy of the original Copyright page...so does that make him honest, or not? Since it was written in 1976, and copyright lasts for 70 years after the death of the last one of everyone involved passes away, it is in copyright for a few years yet...

"§ 304 . Duration of copyright: Subsisting copyrights (a) Copyrights in Their First Term on January 1, 1978. — (1)(A) Any copyright, in the first term of which is subsisting on January 1, 1978, shall endure for 28 years from the date it was originally secured." The author did not file for renewal, which would have added 67 years to the term.

Yes, but is it the Wholegrain and nothing but the grain?
