Just wondering why only India and China forum exists under Non-English Language section? I am sure there are many other non english languages? Is it based on stats on membership i.e. where the majority people are from, in this site?

Interesting: How fast does codeproject.com load? Very Slow (3.222 Seconds), 82% of sites are faster. :(
