I'm about to lose my mind with mysql workbench illegal collation. Finally figured out it keeps changing my model settings with default values even though i set it to utf8_unicode_ci. Keeps tring to set it to general. I would like to kick the devs in the nutz for wasting my time. :mad:

I really appreciate the way it just shuts down. Grant you it saves what you were working on which is almost great if only it didn't blow up at the slightest provocation. Have to say I do quite like the latest version though still miss F5 to execute. I know I could hack around with a config file but actual work keeps making me forget to do it.

Why in the name of [insert your diety here] are you using MySQL? It was crap when I looked at it (numerous times) over the years, and while I've heard it's gotten better, I am personally rather gun shy of it given its inauspicious beginnings (IMO) Marc

That was yesterday... It shutdown on creating a stored procedure. I think the intellisense crashed it. :^)
