I just recognized that on my laptop display I have a small black "line" (about 3 Millimeters). First I thought "oh no a pixel error on the display", but then it started moving! So I have a little "creature" in there, running arround  A co-worker now told me that he had seen these guys in the past on a stand-alone TFT Monitor. He said they reproduced themselfs and later died inside the display leaving a lot of "black spots" behind. He had to throw the Monitor away. But I don't want to throw my Laptop away... (it's an ~1 old ThinkPad) :(( Does someone have experience with these "monitor bugs" or how to "get rid of them"?

You're screen has worms? Ewww. X| It should still be under warranty right?

You sure it isn't a screen saver of that old game where a snake goes around eating apples and growing? http://www.suggestsoft.com/images/eipc/nokia-snake.gif[^]

maybe - I often play games unconsciously, but it seems I'm a bad player - my snake isn't growing :(

When this happens usually has nothing to do with your performance as player... It can be something about aging or something worse... have you gone to see Mr. Doctor? You can always try to get the blue pill ala Neo...

open it and clean it. You'll find advice on how to do that in the usual TP-Forums.

regards Torsten I never finish anyth...
