Command line help please

There's some kind of access permissions problem on our Linux box. My wife is having problems getting what she wants, the local expert has told me what I need to do, but I need get something called the Command Line Interface Terminal. The problem is I can't find it! Please help, my wife seems so dissapointed.

You need to modprobe her a bit I reckon. Either that or get a newer version that's doesnt do command line.
