What to do if you are sleepy at office?
On my last job I used to work with a few people that were very helpful in such cases. Mainly project managers - you just need a quick chat with them and that made your blood pressure so high you weren't sleepy anymore :)

Go for a walk and get some fresh out outside the building cuz the atmosphere in those fish-tank office buildings is poisonous from lack of ventilation.
