Every single time I run my app, whether or not there are build errors, the Error List window opens up. It's REALLLLY frustrating. In Tools>Options, Projects and Solutions, there is the "Always show error list if build finishes with errors" checkbox, which I have Unchecked. Yet the stupid window STILL shows up. My solution is to size it very small down the bottom so only the Window' title bar shows. But there HAS to be a way to hide this. Anyone?

If it's not broken, fix it until it is

There's no need to size it. Auto Hide[^] option comes here. After Auto Hide, it won't show you the error list if there's no errors.

Doesn't do anything. The window keeps popping open.

If it's not broken, fix it until it is

First you should Dock the window. Then Auto Hide it. Try again.

I'm posting here because I'v already tried all the obvious. The window won't stay hidden.

I just tried a build and the Error window remained hidden as there was nothing to be shown. No idea what you may be doing differently.
