I wouldn't worry about it. Probably someone just pretending to be you. Racking up bills, not paying taxes, missing court dates... Okay, I'd worry about it. But that's the sort of thing I worry about.

Looks like the company went bust around two or three years ago but its website is still up so some enterprising spammer has started to use it to give a thin veneer of authenticity. Presumably they rely on the less tech savvy paranoid out there to open the attachment to find out if someone has stolen their identity.
