(personal opinion alert) All the happenings currently with Ebola, is just the beginning. Because we are such a tolerant country, and more politically correct then in the past, we will not close our borders or do anything intelligently here with this crisis. I am sure the rest of the world will act the same way, more or less. We are in for one big zombie roller coaster.

Plane cleaners strike at LaGuardia terminal [^] Thought it was only a matter of time...
I don't know if I can really fault them for this. They're the ones who come into contact with all the spit, snot, and puke, and they're hardly paid a fortune -- and nor are they treated like great heroes, unlike doctors and nurses, who get the cream of the safety equipment.
