The sound the car makes distracts me. When I got out and realized how whacked my parking was, I corrected it (I was deathly afraid of hitting the LT1 Camaro I was parking next to). :)

Very nice car. How many hours do you have clocked working on her; the car not your wife. :-D
Well, I don't really know. I replaced the suspension and brakes last year, and that consumed pretty much every weekend for about 8 months. This engine swap only took 28 days, with me only participating for half a day every two-three days, and all day Saturdays.

I think a mid-life crisis car would be something like a Corvette or a car with a name that ends with "i", used mostly to attract women.
