IIRC, France never said that Iraq doesn't have WMD. They just said "Hey, hang on. Let's see if we can prove that they have WMDs before we bomb them back into the stone age". The french government seems to praise the idea of being innocent until proven guilty, which I believe is a sign of strong integrity. And for that I salute them. Salut mes amis! And for the "there are proof"-crowd; Show me the damn weapons of mass destruction! -- Shine, enlighten me - shine Shine, awaken me - shine Shine for all your suffering - shine

Do you think MOAB is qualified as a WMD? I have always seen WMDs as something far more grave in their application. Like nukes, no only do the blow the shit out of things, they raze the land for generations. The word abbreviation is awfully long for what it means.

But, would it be seen as a WMD if droped on say and enemy Air Base or a hardened bunker? Personaly, I think not. Kinda makes one question the morality of any powerfull weapon system. Hell, if used to deliver ordnace on a civilian population anything could be viewed as a WMD. The word abbreviation is awfully long for what it means.
