But, would it be seen as a WMD if droped on say and enemy Air Base or a hardened bunker? Personaly, I think not. Kinda makes one question the morality of any powerfull weapon system. Hell, if used to deliver ordnace on a civilian population anything could be viewed as a WMD. The word abbreviation is awfully long for what it means.
