Orbital Trek sample

Well, tough one here. Orbital has a sample on their first 2 cd's of Worf saying "There's this theory about a moebius, a twist in the fabric of space where time becomes a loop". At least I think it is Worfs voice in a The Next Generation episode. Which TNG episode is it :confused:? I first thought it was the one where Worf travels across different Enterprises - Can't remember the title but it was near the end of season seven.
