I think there is plagiarism into an article from CodeProject

This code project article: A Beginners Guide to Bitmaps[^] Seems to have copied information from: http://paulbourke.net/dataformats/bitmaps/[^] I haven't seen the reference of it. I wonder if it is fair? Eric

No it is not! User already gone, so we only have to remove the article...
Skipper: We'll fix it. Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this? Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Not even slightly. Every article is moderated, and one of the things we look for is plagiarism - but sometimes we all miss it. We are, after all only "normal" developers and we do miss things. But when someone spots it and lets us know (just like you did) we don't let it stand for long. The article is gone, the author account is closed. And good riddance to him! Well done - good spot, good report.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
