Agreed. These land speed records are bull----. All they are effectively doing is taking a jet-powered airplane and designing it to run on the ground. That's not "land speed", that's "ground flying". In the universe where Gordo rules all, the land speed record could only be set if the speed was generated purely through friction between the tires and the ground. This is just rocket power where the wheels only keep the body off the ground.
