Hello everyone! I s'pose everyone's already got the headache 'bout this war, politics and all this s*hit. Maybe some music instead? Just write what kind o'music is your favorite (and why)... As for me, I like heavy style. Black, doom, gothic... And The King, of course :) P.S. I don`t like this war at all, but like we said yesterday, life still goes on... How Will I Laugh Tomorrow ... When I Can't Even Smile Today
Mostly, hard rock, blues, and electronica, but I also like hip-hop, classical, bluegrass, pop, metal, etc. There's good and bad in every genre, so it's really hard to say. In the past week I've listened to CDs from: Coldcut Crystal Method MIDIval PunditZ Darius Rucker Metallica Karsh Kale Groove Armada Talvin Singh Faith No More Eminem ... I tend to listen to abit of everything. My music taste is quite diverse thanks to the constant playing of music by my folks when I was growing up! Some favourites include Fun Lovin Criminals, Cypress Hill, Coldplay, Turin Brakes, Massive Attack and many others. But I can listen to anything. Rolling Stones, Beatles, 10cc, any blues artist. I listen to some soundtracks most of the time at work to drown out the noise in the background (open plan office) like Jurassic Park, Lord Of The Rings, Gladiator and even the odd bit of Harry Potter! Am I mad for having a diverse taste in music? :wtf: Live to ride. Ride to live.

I like virtually any kind of music. I used to avoid R&B and Rap but of late there have even been some good Rap and R&B tracks (M&M ;) is talented wether you like him or not.) Right now on my playlist I have Bob Marley, Queen, NIN, Rob Zombie, U2, Orbital, Faithless, The Prodigy, Rodriquez, Roxette, Kundun Sound Track, Gladiator Sound Track, CTHD Sound Track, ATB, GOA Trance, Cat Stevens, Creed, Enya, Enigma, Vangeles (sp?), Legend B, Nirvana, Limp Bizkit, Greenday, Oasis, Blur, Moby, Paul Oakenfeld, UB40, and lots more.

All my mates listen to only one type of music and that's it! They never see further than that and just take the mickey when I tell them I've bought something like Norah Jones! Thank goodness for music in all it's shapes and forms! Live to ride. Ride to live.

Thought it was the name of a U2 album or a music genre :-D So to me Limp Bizkit are quite different and worth listening to (though judging from their hidden track where they spend 20 minutes laughing and jerking around I don't think they themselves are very, errr, worthwhile individuals.) Will ask my co-worker on monday about Pop, he knows plenty about music.

Think hillbillies, banjos and blue grasslands with free running horses. If you ever watch Deliverance the movie, that is bluegrass.

I too have a diverse tast in music. I was a music major in college, so I do have a leaning toward classical, blues and jazz but... I'll listen to upbeat stuff from Delerium to Eminem when I want to get pumped up. Sometimes when the words are distracting, I go for baroque!! But I like soundtracks too for long sittings. Broken Arrow, Pearl Harbor, LOTR, Titanic (sad aren't I?), Lion King, and Fight Club. I like the musical sound tracks like Little Shop of Horrors and Moulin Rouge too. If I want to chill, I'll listen to Enya or something classical.
