        This[^] is the only option that seems to make sense. No idea how you'd do that in Sharepoint, though.

          A taxonomy-driven Menu is able to use group and subgroups. The style must be adjusted with CSS.

            Mega menu, you mean many levels? you can achieve the same with managed meta data and terms store creation
