        You wanted to read the Android's official documentation about In-app billing system. You can read those out on the Android's developer resources, http://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/billing_overview.html[^]. Secondly, if you want to upload the APK, then you need to first create an account on Google Play, and then you can upload the APKs. Remember they do no test the APK; unless there is a potential threat. You have to make sure that your application is good enough to be uploaded to the users over the Google play network. You can read from millions of thousands of articles from third-party or indie developers about Android programming. Which one is best, that is your own choice. Google it.
