I don't understand your problem... I thought you had memorised all of the interview questions and asked the CodeProject guys to answer them for you?
I did, but now the company unreasonably expects me to be able to actually do the job, The course didn't prepare me for the fact that the stuff I cribbed off CP I might get asked to actually use in the real world. It's so unfair

Me, all the timeBob's typical workday misses an important item ... - Review of the work done by the outsourced contractor. Or, rather, just half-hour per day (4:30 to 5:00 pm, which also includes email update to management). Looks like this was sufficient, given that he was rated high for several quarters.
