Language Translation

Is there any tool or website, where you give a word and it's give it's meaning and the language. I tried Babelfish and other online dictionary sites, but before they convert they need to know what's the source language. (Ex: French->English) Ex: "programmet". I just know the word, but I don't know in which language. Don't  and drive.

Ex: Si In this case, I know that word is in Spanish. So I will choose the Spanish to English translation. What if I just know the word, but I don't know in which language? Don't  and drive.

I don't think it's possible. Your sample "programmet" could be danish for "the program", but I guess it also means other things in other languages... - Anders Money talks, but all mine ever says is "Goodbye!"

What you ask is impossible, since most words are context dependent (in english ram could mean sheep, push, RAM, etc) and there are plenty of cross language homonyms (ma can be short for mother in many indo-european languages. In chinese it has at least 4 meanings, including mother and horse.)
