Is it possible to have drill down in graphs and combinational graphs in Sharepoint 2013 using dashboard designer.

I am trying to show drill down in bar graph using SharePoint 2013. On clicking any of the bar it should drill down to the 2nd level in the same window.

Why don't you try excel services. This is exactly the purpose of Excel services

the only option for drill down is simply right click and select drill down option.
