Ten days to a super-you: chew gum, stop multi-tasking, avoid social media, and more: [^]. I'm surprised they forgot to mention avoiding relationships and bad science.

The Pomerdoro bit is for real: taking breaks improves my productivity for sure. (That's part of the reason I'm here so much, it changes my concentration) The scents bit I can believe- some scents to improve my thinking, others can wreck it. Fresh bread, bacon, chocolate all distract, coffee concentrates. Music... Not sure. Music I don't like is bad, very bad, for concentration - but I'm not convinced that music I do like helps it instead of getting me bopping along...

Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

I found music like Café del Mar the right thing for coding - I do like it but at the same time it's kind of unobtrusive.

Alpha wave binaural beats music[^]! Haven't tried working to it myself, but it certainly helps with falling asleep :D

Multitasking is definitely a productivity killer, as is social media. Pomodoro helps, or so 'they' say. Having a good diet helps in many ways, as does a good night rest (daily). I wouldn't be surprised if lemon scent would be good for productivity as well :)

They also forgot to mention that it's better if you don't go blind by looking at that god-awful web-page.

I think that author is a little... \*puts on sunglasses\* ...sour. YEEEEEEEEEEEEHAWWWWWWWW!

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question? The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism. Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

I'd like to have music in the background but I can't concentrate with headphones on and anything coming out of a speaker is disruptive to my co-workers. It interferes with the music they're playing.
